About Me
I am an immersive documentary photographer who develops narratives through extended collaboration with community stakeholders. My projects navigate various cultures and locations, all drawn together by exploring the sense of place and connection to land people possess. In May 2024, I completed a Masters Program in Photojournalism from Ohio University, in Athens, Ohio. I am based in Philadelphia but have extended connections throughout North Carolina, Southeastern Ohio, and Central and Southern Mexico.
Public exhibitions of my project work are central to my practice as a documentary photographer. In my view there is no better way to engage with the project stakeholders I have collaborated with than to have a temporary exhibition of a project in the community where it was based.
